The replays, the "what ifs", the conversations in my head at 2am. I know I need to move on. I just can't.
I feel it physically — in my chest, my stomach
This isn't just sadness. It actually hurts. My body feels heavy, tight, exhausted.
I keep going back or can't let go
Even when I know it wasn't right. Even when it hurt me. Something keeps pulling me back.
I don't know who I am without them
I lost the relationship — and somewhere along the way, I lost myself too.
Heartbreak isn't just emotional. Science confirms it.
Here's what's actually happening.
Your brain processes heartbreak like physical pain
The same regions that activate when you break a bone activate when you lose someone you love. This pain is real — not in your head.
Your nervous system is stuck in loss
It's still scanning for the person who's gone. Still bracing. Still waiting. Until the body learns they're not coming back, the mind can't fully move on.
Unprocessed grief lives in the body
The tears you held back. The things you never said. The love that had nowhere to go. It doesn't disappear — it settles into tension, heaviness, numbness.
Tips don't reach where the pain actually lives
You've read the advice. You know what you "should" do. But knowing doesn't release what the body is holding. That takes a different kind of work.

In 30 minutes with Palina I felt something actually shift. Like, physically. She asked me where I feel the anger in my body and I said my chest - and we just went there. I cried a little. I didn't expect that. I left feeling lighter than I have in months."

I booked this because I was snapping at my kids constantly and hating myself for it. Palina helped me see that what I was calling anger was actually exhaustion and grief. That realization alone changed something. I'm not fixed, but I finally understand what's happening.

Honestly I was skeptical. I figured it would be a sales pitch, but Palina actually did a short body practice with me and I noticed things I'd never noticed before. At the end she told me what she saw and it was so accurate it was almost uncomfortable. I signed up for her sessions that same day.

FAQ
It's a body-based approach to emotional release. Instead of just talking about what you feel, we notice where you feel it — and work with that directly.
No. This is a body-based wellness session. I'm a somatic movement facilitator, not a licensed therapist. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, I'll be upfront about that.
Just breathe and notice. If you feel comfortable we may also move, shake and vocalise.
Because I want to make sure this is the right fit for both of us before we go deeper. If it helps, great. If it's not for you — no hard feelings.
After the session I'll share what I noticed — and if there's a way I can support you further, I'll tell you about it. No pressure, no surprise invoices.
