Hi, I'm Palina — a dancer at soul, somatic movement facilitator and embodiment practitioner.
My work combines somatic meditation, movement, active imagination, and gentle inner work.

I support people who feel chronically angry or emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, stuck in their head, with tension they can't explain or release.
I don't give advice or tell you who to be. I help you reconnect with your emotions and your inner experience.
